Hi-Def Jawline Contouring
Bolster a Youthful Appearance and a Balanced Profile with Hi-Def Jawline Contouring
A sharp, chiseled jawline is a dream of many. Whether you’re a man or a woman, a well-defined jawline can change your profile. During the prime of our life, collagen, elastin, and connective tissues play in our favor.
However, the inevitable process of aging, exposure to environmental stressors, and diminishing production of collagen can do a lot of damage. On top of that, gravity doesn’t really help as it pulls the skin down, creating jowls and making you look much older than you already are.
At régénérer®, there is a non-invasive solution that can improve your jawline and return the proportion it used to have. Under the skillful hands of Dr. Khalique-u-Rehman, you can add definition to your jawline with Hi-Def Jawline Contouring.
The procedure, administered via small needles, involves the use of injectable dermal fillers. These fillers allow us to add volume to sunken areas and create contours that bring back some of the lost symmetry.
This procedure is also used to add definition to a weak chin and smooth out an imperfect jawline, reducing sagging skin and jowls. We can also use the fillers to create contours that can minimize the appearance of a double chin.
Based on what you desire the results to look like, we ensure the procedure ends with making you look like a younger but with some rejuvenation. Our aim is to gratify what you want while making sure you still look natural.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the treatment involve?
In order to keep the procedure as minimally invasive as possible, régénérer® administers straightforward treatments. After the consultation session, your physician will book you in for a session.
On the day of the treatment, a topical anesthetic will be applied to the treatment area to minimize discomfort. Fillers will then be injected with small needles to enhance and contour the jawline as per your desire.
Will I be in pain?
Even though the procedure is mainly non-invasive, some patients do feel discomfort when the needle is being injected into the skin. You may feel a slight pinch or burning sensation, but it will go away.
For your comfort, régénérer® utilizes a topical anesthetic around the treatment area to numb it. We have another solution if you have a low pain tolerance or get very anxious during clinical procedures. We offer Pro-Nox™, which is a pneumatically-delivered sedation system that relieves pain and anxiety without putting you under.
How soon can I see the results?
The results of Hi-Def Jawline Contouring are immediate. You will be able to see the progress as the physician continues to inject the fillers around the treatment area. However, don’t consider the immediate results as final. Over the next week or two, the swelling and redness with subside to reveal more dramatic and improved results.
How long will the results last?
Even though dermal fillers are not meant to be permanent, the results are relatively long-lasting. You can expect them to last for 9 to 12 months.
The longevity of the results of the procedure varies from person to person. Factors such as general health, age, lifestyle, and the volume of the filler itself all impact the length of time the results will last.
How long is the downtime?
There is virtually no downtime involved with hi-def jawline contouring procedures. You will not need to spend weeks recovering from the treatment. In fact, you can continue with your daily activities post-procedure. However, there are some aftercare instructions to be mindful of:
- Refrain from rubbing, touching or massaging the area for at least the first six hours after the procedure.
- Avoid going under the sun right after the procedure.
- Don’t expose the treatment area to extreme heat (tanning beds, etc.) or cold for at least 2 weeks after the procedure.
- Keep the treatment area makeup-free for the first 12 hours.
- Avoid smoking, consuming alcohol, and strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours.
*If you’re getting the procedure to prepare for an event like your wedding, please plan it 4 to 6 weeks before. This is to ensure there is no residual swelling, redness or bruising and to allow the fillers to settle properly.
Am I a candidate?
If you have a generally clean bill of health and notice drooping skin around the jawline and jowls forming, you are a candidate for the procedure.
However, if you suffer from any chronic disease, life-threatening condition, skin conditions or allergies, there may be some limitations. Please schedule your consultation with Dr. Khalique today to talk about your concerns and determine whether this technique is suitable for you or not.
Are there any side effects to be concerned about?
At régénérer®, quality and patient health are a priority. Upholding high medical and aesthetics standards, we utilize high-quality and high-grade fillers and ensure each session is administered with extreme meticulousness.
However, some patients may experience some temporary side effects, such as swelling, redness, and bruising. Fortunately, these subside quickly and don’t stay around for more than a week.
